I believe in personal authenticity and emotional honesty. I believe that a good night's sleep can work miracles, and naps don't hurt, either. I believe in the love of a good dog, the loyalty of a dear sister and the lifelong length of a committed marriage. I believe in getting up early, having moments of quiet, and laughing whenever I can.
