The Superintendent of Schools, Assistant Superintendent and other administrators work out of the offices on the lowerMore level of Town Hall. Each school handles its own property, while the Berlin Board of Education is in charge of many of the school's choices. There are three elementary schools, one middle school and one high school in the town.

Berlin High School is the lone public high school in Berlin. Students in grades nine through 12 attend the school. TheMore school mission reads: BHS is a a partnership of students, staff, parents, and community members whose mission is to develop responsible, ethical, and productive citizens and lifelong learners. The high school has an auditorium and stage, two gymnasiums, a lecture hall and several playing fields behind the facility. There are also tennis and basketball courts on-site. Berlin High School athletic teams, both boys and girls, have been dominant in the state for the past 30 years and the athletic program boasts dozens of state championships and hundreds of conference championships in that time.
