and at the place i go to, its cleaner then some hospitals, and they take more and better precautions then some healthcare workers. i have never given a second thought on how clean and professional they are regarding their own safety, as well as their clients safety
but then you have the some places that arent so clean and careful.
there probably should be some oversight, but the way this headed, is a just a way for the govt to have control over something else. hence, making govt bigger like PETE said earlier. and bigger govt is NOT GOOD.
seems as though the govt wants their hand in everything. whether its for collecting taxes, fees, fines, etc. or to control it so they can tell the people what they can and cant do.
maybe another way for the govt to ban something thats fun....?

The problem lies with the legislators codifying unnecessary regulations and civil service employees overly zealous in their application, naturally more concerned about protecting their jobs than in the welfare of businesses and others.
The over abundance of regulations impose unnecessary hardships on small businesses, who lack sufficient resources to address them, unlike the multinational corporations who can afford a team of lawyers, accountants, engineers, and other professionals.
