William Cavedon was honored by the Berlin Town council and Mayor Adam Salina for earning his Eagle Scout Award at Tuesday night's Town Council Meeting.
For his Eagle project, Cavedon constructed shelters at the Berlin Fairgrounds where fairgoers could take refuge from the heat and rain.
