Mark Bordonaro of Berlin High and Fairfield University signed his professional baseball contract with the Seattle Mariners.
His first assignment will be in Everett, Washington playing for the Class A Everett Aqua Sox.
He joins Berlin High and St. John's product Matt Carasiti, who was a draft pick of the Colorado Rockies, as picks in the Major League Baseball draft.
