Tai Chi for 60 and Older
Tai Chi consists of fluid, gentle movements that are relaxed and slow. It has been proven to slow down bone loss, improve balance and reduce falls. Dress comfortably. The class must have a minimum of six and a maximun of 20 participants. There will be no class on January 20. For the Wednesday class, sign up for program #434201A.
