Instructional basketball and skills development program praised.

Berlin’s instructional basketball and skills development program, described by parents as one of the most successful area youth programs is spearheaded by Assistant Director of Recreation Debra S. Dennis. The gargantuan project is supervised and coordinated flawlessly each week for several months by John Fagan. Berlin children participating in this program develop positive pleasurable experiences discovering the game of basketball; entertained during fun game play and team building exercises while expanding personal skills as they level up each school year.
