Berlin Youth Lacrosse is holding in person registrations at the community center on the following days:
Wednesday, January 11 between 6 to 8 p.m.
Thursday, January 19 between 6 to 8 p.m.
If players can't make those dates you can download the registration forms at the new Berlin Lacrosse Website at http://www.berlinlacrosse.org
Once on the site, there are three downloads: The Information Handout, Player Registration and the US Lacrosse Membership Registration.
The handout is simply informational. This document describes the start of the season, the cost and what the divisions which are based by your current grade. Fill out the Player and US Lacrosse Registration forms and mail them in to address on the site. If you have questions you can simply bring the forms in on one of the above days or email the boys or girls representative from the web site.
