Huge Crowd Turns Out For Berlin Students' Art Show

Students from kindergarten through grade 12 on display at New Britain Museum of American Art.

A huge overflowing crowd turned out to see art work from Berlin students from kindergarten to grade 12 at the New Britain Museum of American Art.

An opening reception showcasing outstanding student works of art from all Berlin Public Schools was held from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

The exhibit is intended to focus attention on the artistic talents of Berlin High School and middle schools students. In addition, a sampling of distinguished art from all three elementary schools will be included.

Musical selections by Sound Express from McGee Middle School students were performed throughout the evening. 

The exhibit will be on view from April 24 through April 29.
