The administration and faculty of Berlin High School announce the second annual “BHS Expo and Eighth Grade Curriculum and Activities Night” to be held on Monday, March 18, 2013, from 7 to 9 p.m.
Berlin community members are invited to attend the Expo from 7 to 8 p.m., while the grade 8 students and their parents are engaged in an orientation presentation in the auditorium for the first hour.
For the second hour, at 8 p.m., the eighth graders and their parents will be guided to the Expo, which will feature display tables and booths organized by department stationed throughout the building.
Upon arrival, grade 8 students, parents, and community guests will receive a site map that will indicate the locations of each department and co-curricular area booth.
This event will celebrate Berlin High School’s extensive program offerings as outlined in the 2013-2014 BHS Program of Studies, which features multiple new elective courses including: Calculus Concepts, Finite Mathematics, AP Studio Art, AP Music Theory, Lifetime Activities I & II, and Yearbook I-IV. There have been many exciting changes and improvements at Berlin High School, and the community is welcome to meet the staff and student representatives who help to make all of them possible.
