All-Night Grad Party Planning Never Stops

Getting ready for the All-Night Graduation at Berlin High School is a year-round project for the senior’s parents.

They are actually entering the home stretch this spring but have many events and meeting still to go before the big night.

Listed below are some of the many events planned.

TGI Friday's March 3, 4 to 8 p.m.

Enjoy a dinner out at TGI Fridays in Newington (Berlin Turnpike), on March 3, from 4 to 8 p.m. and they will donate 20 percent of proceeds to the Berlin High School All Night Grad Party. You must present this notice at time of ordering.

Bill’s Pizza Night, March 15, 4 to 8 p.m. 

Eat in or take out and 20 percent of proceeds will be donated to the BHS All Night Grad Party.

Casino Bus Trip, March 26

Join us for a fun evening at Mohegan Sun. Cost is $35 per person. Reserve your seat by contacting Manny Germano at

Cookie and Bread Sale, Orders due by March 23

Choose from more than 10 delicious Breads and Cookies:  Flavors for Butter Braids - Apple, Cinnamon, Cream Cheese, Raspberry, Blueberry Cheese, Bavarian Cream, Caramel Rolls. Cookies are break away: Chocolate Chip, M&M, Oatmeal Raisin and Double Chocolate. Price is $11. 
Orders are due March 23 and Delivery is April 6 (Wednesday) between 4 and 6 p.m. at the High School alcove by the flagpole. Orders and money to be returned to: Patti Mangiafico, 109 Castlewood Drive, Kensington (860) 828-0414.

Clothing Drive at BHS, April 9-10 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Clean out your closets and tell your friends and neighbors about it too. We will accept: Clothes, shoes, sneakers, coats, jackets, hats, belts, handbags, backpacks, gym bags, sheets, blankets, quilts, pillows, towels, rugs and stuffed animals. Please place in large plastic bags if possible.

Mr. BHS Talent Show, April 10

Come for a fun evening where some of our male Berlin High School senior students compete in the fun-filled talent show.

Monthly Parent Meeting, March 8, 6:30 p.m.

The next Berlin High School All Night Grad Party planning meeting is scheduled for March 8 at the Willard School all purpose room and cafeteria at 6:30 p.m. All are welcome and encouraged to attend.  Attention junior parents - It's never too early to get involved - your children will be seniors soon and this is an all-year planning event. Stop by and see what it is all about.

Decorating Committee Meetings, Every Tuesday and Thursday

Get Involved...Help us with making the decorations needed for this wonderful event. We will be meeting every Tuesday and Thursday 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the "Cage" area at Willard School (Bottom Floor, by the Playground.) Join us as often as you would like.
