4. Topic re: Accept these donations totaling 325.00 and deposit the funds into the Drug Enforcement Special Grants and Donations Fund and appropriate the funds to the Drug Enforcement Operating Materials (DARE) Expenditure Account. – Police Department

1. Topic re: Report out to the Town Council regarding the Berlin High School renovation project. – Town Clerk

2. Topic re: Discussion on the proposed plan for a Pistol Creek Field Complex for soccer, lacrosse and field hockey playing fields. – Parks and Recreation

3. Topic re: Approve donating a preschool program registration conducted out of the Berlin Parks and Recreation Department Special Revenue Account for up to $85.00 to Kensington Nursery School. The donation will be used as a raffle prize for the Kensington Nursery School Annual Fundraiser Breakfast with Santa for residents and non-residents on Saturday, December 1, 2012. – Parks and Recreation

4. Topic re: Approve the request by the Northeast Utilities to waive the application fee of $195.00 for a Site Plan Amendment. – Development Services

5. Topic re: Approve a tax abatement for Okay Industries, Inc/245 New Park Drive LLC for its renovation of a 63,000 square foot building at 245 New Park Drive of 50% in year 1, 40% in year 2, and 30% in year 3 per the town’s tax abatement policy. – Economic Development

6. Topic re: Authorize the Town Manager to enter into an agreement with Central Connecticut Regional Planning Agency to receive a $500,000 Regional Brownfield Grant, subject to review and approval of Corporation Counsel. – Economic Development

7. Topic re: Waive the bidding requirements to purchase water meters, readers and frequency emitters directly from Ti-Sales of Sudbury, MA (the sole-source supplier for Northeast Region) for a cost not to exceed $40,000 as this is in the best interest of the Town. – Water Control

8. Topic re: Authorize utilizing the Public Building Commission’s selection process and retain Downes Construction of New Britain, CT for Construction Manager Services for the Kensington Furniture Demolition project and authorize the Town Manager to enter into change orders, if necessary, to bring the total contract to an amount not to exceed $80,000. – Public Works

9. Topic re: Authorize the award of the snow plowing of Town cul-de-sacs to Priority Landscaping, LLC for the bid amount of $115.00 per hour, per vehicle, with a projected expense of up to $15,000.00. – Public Works

10. Topic re: Approve the request of Raising Berlin to waive fees in the approximate amount of $500.00 associated with having two Berlin Police Officers on site for the Tree Lighting Ceremony on Saturday, November 24, 2012. – Town Manager

12. Topic re: Approve waiving the Police Traffic Control fees in the amount of $2,266.88 “for the first annual “Malibu 5K Road Race”. – Town Manager
