POCD Public Information Session April 3

Berlin Plan of Conservation and Development update will be discussed.

 

The Berlin Plan of Conservation and Development 2013 Advisory Committee has scheduled a public information session for April 3 at 7:00 PM in Town Council Chambers, Town Hall, 240 Kensington Road.  

The purpose of this meeting is to give the citizens of Berlin the opportunity to hear about and comment on updates that are being proposed for the Plan of Conservation and Development as part of the decadal update.

The advisory committee is near completion of a draft Plan of Conservation and Development which is expected to be submitted to the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Town Council by mid-April. The Planning and Zoning Commission will then hold a Public Hearing on the document later in the spring.
