Employment:

Self-employed professional with 40+ years of experience in all phases of heavy earth moving, pipeline installations, paving, and all other phases of site improvements, including environmental work. Experience also includes management of small company with 20+ employees: includes hiring/firing of staff, attending to/coordinating the day-to-day details of running the company, monitoring finances and payroll, negotiating leases and purchases of real estate/equipment, obtaining appropriate permits for job sites as required, locating and meeting all statutes/ordinances and construction codes as required, attending numerous planning and zoning meetings on behalf of clients, meeting/complying with all aspects of federal and state OSHA requirements. Political Statement:

I am running for Council because the citizens of Berlin deserve a better government. Continuing to spend more and more money on incomplete projects and applying regulations to serve the needs of political support is not acceptable.  My years as a businessman, and training as an engineer have given me experience in setting and keeping goals, problem solving, and completing projects at hand.
