The Berlin Housing Authority is accepting applications for senior housing until early November.
There are a number of requirements to be able to apply for the senior housing, which is in town-owned housing developments Percival Heights and Marjorie Moore Village.
"We take applications when we have openings in either of the senior housing units," Berlin Housing Authority Chair Joe Bajorski said. "We have had a waiting list for quite a long time but that waiting list has been exhausted. One we get the list of people, we will prioritize the list based on certain criteria and then set up another waiting list. As openings happen, the people on the list will have the option to move to senior housing."
Bajorski urged those who want to apply to stop by the Housing Authority during its business hours or call.
