Bajorski re-elected Chairman of Berlin Housing Authority

BHA also granted loan to begin Knights of Columbus project.

 

At the annual meeting of the Berlin Housing Authority, Joe Bajorski was re-elected Chairman. This marks the eighth year that Bajorski will serve as Chairman of the BHA and the 10th year that he have served on the Commission.

Also elected to positions were Michele Yarincik as Vice Chairman and Margaret Morelli as Secretary. The other Commissioners are Santina Turner, who serves as a resident commissioner and Chester Zapor.

In a seperate issue, The Housing Authority has been granted a $250,000 loan to cover the pre-development costs to get started on the project slated for the Knights of Columbus property. Bajorski signed off on the loan paperwork last Wednesday night at the regular meeting of the BHA.
