Where Are They Now? Does Anyone Remember Mark Buckley?
He was a Berlin High School football and wrestling star in the mid 1980's but what is he up to now? Check it out.
The other night, I was interviewing Berlin football coach John Capodice when an old familiar name came up.
During Berlin's 56-14 rout of Tolland, Chris Meucci, a big lineman, picked up a fumble and rumbled in for a touchdown.
Capodice couldn't remember any lineman doing that. I told him the only one I can remember was when I was playing in the 80's and All-Stater Mark Buckley sacked a quarterback, stripped him of the ball and ran it back about 70 yards for a touchdown.
