After the heavy rain last night and cold overnight conditions, roads were icy this morning as one driver found out in Berlin.
According to NBC-30, A car lost control on ice at the intersection of High Road and Lincoln Street causing the car to roll over.
The two passengers in the car got out of the car only after emergency crews used the jaws of life to get them out. Neither was injured and both refused medical assistance when it was offered to them.
