Brandon Gomez, 2515 Paul St., Anniston, AL; Conspiracy to committ larceny/shoplifting, Larceny/Shoplifting.

Timothy Warren, 205 Bush Hill Rd., Manchester; Conspiracy to committ larceny/shoplifting, Larceny/Shoplifting.

March 16

Luis Quiles, 431 Colony St., Meriden; Assaulting a police officer, Interfering with an officer, Violation of protective order, Threatening, Disorderly conduct, Criminal mischief.

Tiffany Delarosa, 1000 Main St., Coventry; Operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, Refusal to submit to chemical test, Improper u-turn.

Erica Norton, 34 Grove Hill, Berlin; Operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, Refusal to submit to chemical test, Failure to have lights lit or devices illuminated.

March 18

Leah Ann Karo, 19 Ellis St., New Britain; Attempted Larceny/shoplifting (suspect alledged to have tried to steal $238.96 worth of groceries from Stop & Shop on Farmington Ave.).

March 19

Alana McKeon, 94 Percival Ave., Berlin; Violation of protective order.

Juan Otero, 597 Chestnut St., Springfield; Attempted robbery, Conspiracy to commit home invasion, Home invasion, Assault to an elderly person, Conspiracy to commit assault, Burglary.

(BPD arrested the second person involved in a 2010 home invasion.  Juan Otero, 33, of Springfield, Mass., was charged by warrant with attempted first-degree robbery, home invasion, first-degree burglary and second-degree assault.

In 2010, Otero and Felix Pagan, also of Springfield, knocked on a door on Simms Road and forced their way into the home.

Otero is being held on $500,000 bond.)
