Feb. 21

Carlos Munguia, 270 High Street, New Britain; Failure to appear.

John Leuizzi, 73C Brookewood Village Road, Rocky Hill; Failure to pay wages.

William David, 15 Pleasant St., Berlin; Operating under the influence, Risk of injury to a minor (David was arrested for operating under the influence with two minors in vehicle.)

Paul Roberge, 219 Butternut Lane, Berlin; Assault.

Feb. 23

Dylan Simoneau, 60 Pine St., Meriden; Violation of protective order (Simoneau allegedly showed up at Centerfold's Cafe after finding out his ex-girlfriend was at the club. Simoneau violated a protective order prohibiting him from making contact with the victim.)

Robert Kilpatrick, 52 Fall Mountain Lake Road, Terryville; Driving while intoxicated, Failure to submit to chemical test, Failure to drive in established lane, No insurance.

Feb. 28

Westley McCaslin, 130 Retreat Ave., Hartford; Possession with intent to sell narcotics, Possession of narcotics, Possession of drug paraphernalia. (Subject was stopped at DUI checkpoint. Officer smelled marijuana and McCaslin was arrested after search of the vehicle.)

March 1

Adam Rutkowski, 212 Newton St., Berlin; Driving while intoxicated, Failure to have insurance, Failure to grant right of way.

March 2

Meghan Church, 39 Wilderness Way, Willington; Driving while intoxicated, Obstructed view, Failure to drive in proper lane, Failure to carry insurance (Church was picked up on an active warrant stemming from an accident on Berlin Turnpike on 10-28-12. Church struck a Berlin police cruiser that was being operated by Officer Ryan Gould. Officer Gould had stopped a vehicle on the Berlin Turnpike when Church ran into the cruiser.)

March 3

Jeffrey Cumminsky, 68 Liberty St., Meriden; Interfering with an officer, Forgery, Criminal impersonation, Reckless driving.

March 5

Monique Gerrow, 19 Grand St. Middletown; Breach of peace (two counts.)

Randal Moon Jr., 7856 Knue Rd. Indianapolis, Indiana; Making an improper turn, Driving while intoxicated.

March 6

Todd Argazzi, 26 Hamilton Dr., Berlin; Driving while intoxicated, Failure to have stop lights.

March 9

Jennifer Martin, 176 Ox Yoke Dr., Berlin; Disorderly conduct, Assault (Martin was involved in a verbal argument with her boyfriend Ryan McDermott, that escalated into her scratching him on the right side of his face and neck. Both had been drinking at the St. Patrick's Day Parade earlier in the morning.)

March 12

Thomas Caves, Manson Youth Corrections Facility; Conspiracy to commit larceny from a building, Conspiracy to commit criminal mischief, Larceny, Criminal Mischief, Conspiracy to possess burglary tools, Conspiracy to commit burglary, Manufacturing/possession of burglary tools, Burglary.
