The TEACH program was developed by James Jaffe, one of the CART members. The program is designed for newly licensed teens who will be taught how to handle their vehicle in different situations that they might find themselves in while driving. They will experience under-steer, over-steer, panic stops, and quick lane changes. They will be given a short course in vehicle dynamics so that they might understand why a vehicle is doing what it is doing.
