Berlin Police: Two Charged in DUI Cases, Another in Theft

The following arrest information was provided by the Berlin Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

In a relatively routine past week for the Berlin
Police Department, officers reported four separate arrests including two from
DUI traffic stops and a third in connection with a theft in town. Take a look
at the latest police blotter.

The Berlin Police Department reported the following arrests:

Jan. 8


Stefan M. Napoleon, 40, of 186 W. Eucilid St. in Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, Jan. 8.

Luz Diaz, 37, of 779 Farmington Ave. in Berlin, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, Jan.
8.

Jan. 10

Paul Russell, 35, of 588 New Britain Ave. in Rocky Hill, was charged with traveling too fast for conditions, failure
to drive right, refusal to submit to a chemical test and operating a motor vehicle
under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol
, Jan. 10.
