Berlin Police: Two Charged in Drug Possession Case

The following arrest information was provided by the Berlin Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A busy Tuesday for police proved to be a tough day for out of town residents as four people were charged, including two that police said were in possession of drugs and paraphernalia. Take a look at the latest police blotter.

The Berlin Police Department reported the following arrests:

Jan. 14

David Gorman, 58, of 531 Woodward Ave. in New Haven, was charged with second-degree forgery and sixth-degree larceny, Jan. 14.

Joshua Hall, 26, of 23 Autumn Lane in Middletown, was charged with violation of probation, Jan. 14.

Jonathan D. Heben, 24, of 63 Wickham Court in Westbrook, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal use of drugs with paraphernalia, Jan. 14.

Samuel H. Strobel, 19, of 67 Main St. in Deep River, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal use of drugs with paraphernalia, Jan. 14.
