Berlin Police: New Britain Man Charged in Prescription Forgery

The following arrest information was provided by the Berlin Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A New Britain man is facing charges after police said he forged prescriptions in order to obtain pain killers. That was just one of several arrests through the community in the past week. Take a look at the latest police blotter.

The Berlin Police Department reported the following arrests:

Jan. 17

David Felciano, 25, of 70 Wamarugat Drive in New Britain, was charged with third-degree forgery and forging/altering prescriptions, Jan. 17.

Jan. 19

Jessica Breiding, 31, of 71 Sefton Drive in New Britain, was charged with violation of a protective order, Jan. 19.

Jan. 20

Matthew Prior, 26, of 98 Newbridge Circle in Berlin, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, Jan. 20.

Jan. 21

Aldin F. Custovic, 22, of 1067 Mill St. in East Berlin, was charged with second-degree threatening, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct, Jan. 21.

Emily Mary Cunningham, 19, of 169 Middletown Road in Berlin, was charged with violation of a protective order, Jan. 21.
