Berlin Police: DUI, Disorderly Case and Failure to Pay/Plead Round Out Week
The following arrest information was provided by the Berlin Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
In a steady, but relatively uneventful week last week, Berlin police reported just three separate arrests. Take a look at the latest police blotter.
The Berlin Police Department reported the following arrests:
Jan. 24
Jason C. Finn, 33, of 534 New Britain Road in Berlin, was charged with two counts of failure to pay or plead, Jan. 24.
Jan. 25
Pablo Lucero-Garcia, 37, of 63 Putnam Square in Meriden, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a proper license, failure to drive in proper lane and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, Jan. 25.
Jan. 26
Briona Panetta, 19, of 61 Treasure Ave. in Berlin, was charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct, Jan. 26.
