Berlin Police Blotter: Two N.Y. Men Charged in Car Theft

The following arrest information was provided by the Berlin Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Two New York men are facing charges after police indicated that they took a vehicle from a friend before heading to Connecticut. Take a look back at the latest arrest logs.

The Berlin Police Department reported the following arrests:

Dec. 4

Joseph Burigo, 29, of 142 Bedell Drive in Port Jarvis, N.Y., was charged with first-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny and using a motor vehicle without the owner's permission, Dec. 4.

Gillbert Rodriguez, 21, of 3 Charles Lane in Pomona, N.Y., was charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, Dec. 4.

Evan M. Resigna, 25, of 9 Mt. Laurel Court in Cromwell, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, Dec. 4.

Thomas J. Wrobel, 49, of 130 Rowley St. in Newington, was charged with failure to obey control signal and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, Dec. 4.
