Berlin Police Blotter: Shoplfters, Breach of Peace

It's been steady but routine for the Berlin Police Department in the past week. Take a look back at the latest arrest logs.

The Berlin Police Department reported the following arrests:

Sept. 26

Julianna M. Windsor, 46, of 267 Litchfield St. in Torrington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, Sept. 26.

Jerry R. Michaud, 59, of 167 New Britain Road in Berlin, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, Sept. 26.

Sept. 27

Grace Zarella, 33, of 148 Grove St. in New Britain, was charged with interfering with an officer/assault on a security guard and sixth-degree larceny, Sept. 27.

Sept. 28

Nicholas Carbone, 23, of 505 New Britain Road in Berlin, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief, Sept. 28.

Joseph John Giarrantana, 40, of 240 Kensington Road in Berlin, was charged with issuing a bad check, Sept. 28.

Sept. 30

Joseph Chadukiewicz, 25, of 91 Ellis St. in New Britain, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, Sept. 30.

Lasetta Flanagan-Murphy, of 32 Cook Ave. in Meriden, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license, interfering with an officer, criminal impersonation and failure to obey traffic control signal, Sept. 30.
