Berlin Police Blotter: DUI and Trespassing Charges

The following arrest information was provided by the Berlin Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

It was a light week for Berlin police, who reported just two arrests with their blotter through Tuesday afternoon, one on DUI charges and a second on trespassing. The department this week also reported several DUI and drug charges from a weekend checkpoint, but those arrests from Saturday have not yet been made public.

The Berlin Police Department reported the following arrests:


Sept. 12

Alan Bellavance, no age given, of 68 School House Road in Newington, was charged with driving under the influence, Sept. 12.

Sept. 17

Kerry Saucier, 69, of 316 Cedar St. in Newington, was charged with simple trespassing, Sept. 17.
