Berlin PD: Two Teens Charged With Breaking Into Cars

Thefts were most likely pulled off in East Berlin section of town, police said.

On February 23 at approximately 10:15 p.m., two juveniles were arrested on charges of breaking into unlocked motor vehicles in East Berlin. The thefts most likely occurred in the following areas of East Berlin: Middletown Road, Berlin Street, Wilcox Court, and Main Street.

The juveniles were in possession of numerous items of stolen property and we have been unable to identify the owner(s) of some of it, police said.

The Berlin Police Department is asking residents in these areas to check their vehicles to determine if any property has been stolen.

Also if you believe that the recovered items pictured below belong to you please contact Officer Scott Calderone at (860) 828-7080 or via email at scalderone@town.berlin.ct.us.
