Baseball, and then rain-delayed baseball, got us all messed up last week in the two-per-judge eliminations. I was completely onboard with all the cuts with the exception of Britney’s decision to keep Beatrice and drop the Little Einstein kid. I loved his voice.

I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am that this has returned. Tonight, “Against Chloe's advice, James tries to facilitate a “Dawson's Creek'' reunion.”
Happy Endings, 9 p.m., ABC
This is also back. Try as I have, I do not enjoy this show. Perhaps I am alone in this.
