May I begin conversation today thanking all who are running in Berlin for Town Council.  I find the personal attacks on  Terri, offense and degrading.  My I bring bring your attention today back to the Civil Branch and type in the Town of Berlin.  They also have had their own fair share of law suits in the past 10 years.  Who paid for that?  You did.  Yes, the taxpayers of Berlin paid. How much money of yours is spent on legal fees?  I would like you to read an article on the Farmington Patch.  Economic Development meets the board of Education -- We all win.
