Berlin Citizen will delete rebuttals to his ridiculous assertions consequently no one of merit will ever engage here.

If you do not properly maintain your infrastructures and schools the solid property values we have been able to maintain in Berlin will decline rapidly as they have in New Britain. Berlin Citizen and Co. like to compare apples to oranges in their weak arguments. New Britain has received hundreds of thousands of state and federal funds to remodel their schools. In comparison, Berlin has received a fraction of that money. If Berlin Citizen, Lucy, and Co.  are so unhappy with their taxes and property values in Berlin, I challenge them to buy a property in New Britain and see how well their "investments" hold up. Unfortunately, over simplification of complex issues seems to be the theme here on the Patch by the same cast of characters using really poor analogies.
