Mooreland Hill School Hosts Poet in Residence

Mooreland Hill School students were treated to a visit from the past president of the CT Poet Society, Christine Beck. Ms. Beck, who has visited with our students for the past few years, returned to campus as our Poet in Residence working with all of our students on creating their own poems. The week ended with families and friends enjoying Poetry Night which included poetry recitations from all students in grades 4-9 and a display of poems created by our students.
