What Should Take The Place Of Arby's?

The building that formerly housed Arby's on the corner of Farmington Avenue and Masserio Drive, is a crucial piece of property in town and there are no shortage of ideas on what should take it's place.

Please let us know in comments what you would like to see take residence in that building. 

"With regard to Arby's, the Town has received a number of calls regarding the building," Berlin Mayor Adam Salina said. "Because the town does not own the building, we have referred all interested parties to the leasing agent.

"I believe that the building is extremely attractive due to its location on the corner of Farmington Avenue and Masserio Drive. The capitol costs have already been expended to construct an attractive building with plenty of parking and an existing drive-thru. It is in move-in condition for any type of restaurant use."

So what would you like to see? Starbucks? Panera Bread? Olive Garden? Or will  the town get another pizza place or nails salon?
