The Learning Experience (TLE), one of the nation's fastest growing early learning academy franchise has come to Berlin.

The center held a ribbon cutting Friday and will host a Community Costume Festival on Saturday as part of a grand opening celebration of its newest center located at 9 High Rd. in Berlin.

Members of the community are encouraged to participate in the Costume Festival event that will celebrate the spirit of October, and engage families in TLE’s unique, proprietary curriculum and holistic approach to early education.

The Community Costume Festival will incorporate activities such as a bounce house, fall inspired arts and crafts, pony rides, pumpkin decorating, a live DJ and food will also be provided. TLE will also be randomly awarding $1,000 in cash and prizes, including a free week of tuition at TLE Berlin to children up to 6 years old that attend the event in costume.

With a greater national emphasis on educational development during the most crucial years of a child's growth, a prominent focus is placed in programs that advance the scholastic preparation. TLE is committed to becoming an instrumental part of the Berlin community, offering the highest quality care and an ideal learning environment for children six weeks to six years of age.

“We are proud to be joining the town of Berlin, and aim to be a foundational element in the lifetime of educational success for its children,” said Ed Faraci, Co-Owner of TLE Berlin.

Berlin Mayor Adam Salina welcomed The Learning Experience and its Co-Owner, Ed Faraci, to the Berlin business community. “The Learning Experience will be an important new asset to serve families that live or work in Berlin or in the nearby area,” said Mayor Salina.

From its state-of-the-art new facility, children will be introduced to cutting edge accredited curriculum tailored to meet the needs of each individual student. TLE® believes that each child deserves to grow and learn at his/her own pace, in a safe and nurturing environment that is both fun and exciting for children. From its infant classrooms to preschool and Kindergarten, The Learning Experience will provide the foundational tools for children to embrace the cognitive skills necessary for educational advancement.

Serving as the gold standard of early childhood education, TLE’s impressive track record for student success speaks for itself:

  • Early literacy programs enabling over 90% of its preschoolers to enter Kindergarten reading.
  • Sign language programs which research has proven can increase a child’s IQ 10 to 12 points higher than a child who didn’t learn to sign at an early age.
  • Social programs such as Manners and Etiquette practice positive decision making and build self-confidence.

With 198 locations nationwide, including 120 fully operational centers in 17 states and the remaining 78 under various stages of development, TLE® is the nation’s fastest growing early learning academy franchise for children six weeks to six years old.
