Good Cause Gifts Moves To Larger Space

Good Cause Gifts, a popular gift shop run by Futures Inc., has moved from its Mill Street location to 384 Main Street in Berlin, across the street from Dairy Queen. 

"We needed a bigger space so we could employ more consumers," said Sharon Ferro Faucher Tuesday. "We also purchased this building so we are now really truly owners of property in Berlin."

Good Cause Gifts is a nonprofit gifts and accessories store located in Berlin. The shop is funded by Futures, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to special education. The gift shop employs individuals with disabilities from the southeastern Connecticut community. 

Faucher hopes that the larger space will also be more visible. She said the store was packed during the Memorial Day parade on Monday.
