Half of Berlin didn't have power yesterday and then some lost it late last night.
Traffic lights are back on at Farmington Ave. and Burnham but not near the train station. Dunkin Donuts was open all day yesterday but was closed today as of 1 p.m. The Whole Donut just got power back.
