Letter To The Editor: The Power Of Patch

I'd like to thank everyone that was involved in this "search and rescue mission" for Ceelo.

Special thanks to Bobby Mayer, who immediately posted a story yesterday morning in the Berlin and Southington Patches. Were it not for his quick work getting those posted, we may have never found him.

Ceelo started out in Southington on Wed night and made it all the way to Corbin Ave and Rt 72 in New Britain by Thursday morning!! We believe he had been hanging out in the Walnut Hill Park/New Britain General Hospital area all day yesterday and last night, which is where he was finally reunited with his owner.

If it were not for Bobby's Patch ad and that initial phone call from that woman who saw him and reported it, we would probably still be looking for Ceelo miles from there in Southington right now.
