A resident found this pictured dog and another alongside of it. He managed to only catch one of them at the height of the storm near New Britain Road.
He said, "never mind the fact that I risked my life getting them without knowing if they would bite or attack me. They looked really scared and had no idea where they were until i spotted both in my backyard. Sorry but I only managed to catch one :("
